Cori had a great eye for what is popular in homes today and was able to execute those amenities in our 1972 home with these updates. It was a great investment and we sold our home in two days! On the buying end of the process, not only did he listen to our wants and needs to help us select the best property for us, he also assisted us navigate the inspection report of the home we were purchasing, things necessary and not necessary to repair immediately. The transition from one home to the other. was smooth with us closing on both houses within a half an hour of each other at the same law office. We would highly recommend Dan and Cori for selling or buying your forever home.

As first-time home sellers, Dan was extremely thorough and helpful in explaining the market so that we could price the house right. He gave advice on cosmetic changes to help the house sell quickly, and it sold in 4 days! Throughout the closing process, Dan went above and beyond giving his expert advice on decisions we were unsure of and helping coordinate landscaping, plumbers, HVAC repairmen, and personally checking on the house for us numerous times once we left town. He even spent time helping us with requirements for the lender of our new house- just to be nice. He answered any and all questions we had and reminded us many times that no question was a dumb question. He and Cori are top-notch professionals while also treating their clients like friends. I don’t think we will ever have an experience with a realtor as good as we had it with Dan and Cori. Cannot recommend them enough!
